The Director's Scholarship Fund and College Incentive program is intended to help students who excel in scholarship, citizenship, and leadership defray the costs of their college education.
The Director's Scholarship is awarded to twelfth grade students who maintain excellent academic marks, exhibit exemplary citizenship, and serve as a model of student leadership. Funds awarded will go toward costs associated with college matriculation, including SAT/ACT or AP test fees, college visits, or application fees.
The Director's College Incentive Program gives all students who achieve the honor of Summa Cum Laude- 4.0 GPA in both academics and citizenship- the chance to earn money toward their college education. For each Summa Cum Laude student, a bank account is opened under the GCMS account and $100 is deposited to go toward their college education. At graduation, their accumulated funds are disbursed in the form of a scholarship.
